How many games come with the arcade machines?
Our machines come pre-loaded with 999 to over 3,000 classic games depending on the model — Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, King of Fighters, Metal Slug, Snow Bros, Pac-Man, Tetris and hundreds more. No downloads or subscriptions required.
Are the machines plug-and-play?
Yes. All machines arrive fully assembled and ready to use. Plug into a standard South African 220V wall socket and start playing.
Can I add more games?
Most machines use a fixed game board. Some newer models support USB game updates. Chat with us about a specific model for details.
Are the pool tables full-size?
We stock tables from 6ft to 8ft. Full dimensions are listed on each product page. Chat with us if you need help choosing the right size for your space.

How do I place an order?
Order directly on our website, or chat with us on WhatsApp at 071 435 8635 — we'll guide you through the process and answer any questions before you commit.
How long does delivery take?
Johannesburg and Pretoria: 3–5 business days. Cape Town and Durban: 5–7 business days. Other areas: up to 10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — we deliver across all of South Africa. Delivery costs vary by location and product size. Chat with us for a quote.
Finance & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
EFT, credit and debit card, Payflex (buy now pay later, interest-free), and Mobicred (monthly instalments). Cash deposits accepted for lay-by.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — via Payflex (4 payments over 6 weeks, interest-free) or Mobicred (6–24 months). See our full finance page.
Warranty & Support
What warranty do I get?
All products include a 12-month parts and labour warranty. Read the full warranty policy.
What if my machine arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos of the damage. We'll arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.
Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes — our team is available on WhatsApp for any technical questions, even after the warranty period ends.
