How Do I get in touch ?

You can get in touch by sending us a email on sales@homeofarcadia.co.za and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

Where are you based ? 

We based in Johannesburg, generally operating as an online store however if you would like to come view our showroom, send us a mail to schedule an appointment.  

 

What is your order process?

Our ordering process is very simple. Once you have completed your payment details via our payfast payment portal during the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation letter at the provided email address . A shipping confirmation will follow shortly, this takes between 3 and 7 business days. Email the sales team at Home Of Arcadia on sales@homeofarcadia.co.za for any further assistance.

 

How can I track my order/shipments?

Once your order has been shipped , you will receive a tracking number to use so that you can track and trace the whereabouts of your shipment. We will also update your via email should there be something note worthy regarding your shipment.

 

How Long will it take for my order to get to me ?

Shipping within South Africa can take between 3-5 business days to arrive. Shipping internationally will take approximately 7-14 business days. Please be patient with international shipments as they will inevitably take longer to get to you. Allow 7-10 business days before contacting the sales team if your parcel has not been delivered within the specified timelines. 

 

Do you offer free shipping  ? 

Yes, on selected products only. Please check product details to confirm free shipping applies.  

 

What forms of payment do you offer ?

We accept payment via our online portal, Payfast, alternatively you can send us a mail with the product you would like to purchase and we will send you a payfast payment request. 

 

Do you offer credit terms ?

We have partnered with Mobicred to provide a credit facility. You can access your Mobicred account via payfast on checkout. 

 

Is it safe to shop on your site?

We understand the safety and concern of your personal information is extremely important and therefore we only accept payments via payfast. That way we do not store or have access to your credit card details at any given time.
