 How do I get in touch with you?

Where are you based?

We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We operate primarily as an online store, but you can visit our showroom by scheduling an appointment via email.

What is the process for placing an order with you?

To place an order with us, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your payment information and complete the payment process via our Payfast payment portal. You will receive a confirmation email after completing your order, and a shipping confirmation email will follow once your order has been shipped.

How can I track my order or shipments from you?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the whereabouts of your shipment. You can also contact the sales team by emailing sales@homeofarcadia.co.za for updates on your shipment.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery before contacting the sales team if your order has not arrived within the specified timeline.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on certain products, which will be noted in the product details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For all online orders, we accept payment via the Payfast online payment portal, alternatively send us a mail at sales@homeofarcadia.co.za with the products you want to purchase and we will send you an invoice for EFT payment. 

Do you offer credit terms?

For all online order, Yes, we have partnered with Mobicred to offer a credit facility to our customers. You can access your Mobicred account and make payments via Payfast at checkout.
