We deliver to all major cities and most towns across South Africa. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your machine arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Timeframes
- Johannesburg & Pretoria — 3 to 5 business days
- Cape Town — 5 to 7 business days
- Durban — 5 to 7 business days
- Other cities and towns — 5 to 10 business days depending on location
What to Expect
- All machines are delivered by courier to your door
- You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships
- Large items (arcade machines, pool tables) are delivered by specialist freight couriers
- We'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window
- Basic setup assistance available for Johannesburg deliveries on request
Delivery Costs

What's Not Covered
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Normal wear and tear (buttons, joystick tops)
- Damage from incorrect power supply or water exposure
How to Claim Warranty
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 071 435 8635 with a description and photos of the issue
- We'll diagnose the problem remotely where possible
- If parts are needed, we'll arrange delivery of replacements at no charge
- For major issues, we'll arrange collection and repair or replacement
